Rental days count starts on the day the product reaches you, and ends on the day you send it back to us for return. 

For example, if you do not ship between the rental options between 1-3 days, an additional payment specified between 1-3 days from the 4th day is requested. 

It is obligatory to send an ID photo for the product you will rent.

Cargo:
Your orders are sent with MNG Cargo. Your orders will be delivered to your registered delivery address by cargo within 1 to 3 working days. Please check the correctness of your delivery address before placing your order.

Same Day Delivery:
You can take advantage of the same day delivery option for your orders within Istanbul. Same day delivery fee is ₺150.

On Delivery:
While your order is being delivered to you, you can open and check your package with the cargo officer. The package is crushed, torn, opened, damaged, etc. If the order is in bad condition or if you encounter any negative situation, do not take delivery of the order. Make a report to the cargo officer and ensure that the package is returned to us by the cargo company.
