Three conditions for returns and exchanges

  1. The product must be unused, its tag has not been removed and its resaleability feature has not been lost. We do not offer free returns service. Please note that you are responsible for shipping until the returned products reach us. Products ordered from the store can be changed from our store in Istanbul, but cannot be returned.
  2. The product is delivered to Tomtom Mh with its invoice and original package within maximum 3 (three) days from the delivery date. Istiklal Cd. No:189 K:2 D:3 Beyoğlu Istanbul 34433 should be sent. The fee of the shipments made with the cargo companies belongs to the sender. Counterpaid submissions will not be accepted. In case the products delivered to us are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us.
  3. The reason for your return/exchange on the day the product is delivered to the cargo and your request .

Products that do not meet these criteria cannot be returned or exchanged.

Change procedure

You can change all your orders except special orders within 15 (fifteen) working days. For the products you want to return, after the conformity of the products you send to the above conditions is confirmed, you will be given the right to shop for the amount you paid. You can exercise this right at without time limit and in our showroom. You can pay the cargo you send to us with our contracted cargo company MNG member business number 330386377 at a discount.

Return procedure

The refunds of our customers who prefer money back instead of the right to shop are returned to the credit cards they have shopped within the framework of the return conditions of their banks and the installment option. It may take an average of two to three weeks for the refund made to your credit card to be reflected on your statement, depending on your bank's processes and practices. This process is the specific application of each bank, and has no right to intervene in this process. You can follow the reflection process of your refund on your credit card statement from your bank. For money order and cash on delivery orders, your account will be transferred within 10 business days after you send us your bank account number by e-mail. Shipping/courier/door payment fees are non-refundable. Products purchased during the discount period are not refundable.

Important note

When your order is delivered, you should open your package and check the product in the presence of the cargo officer, since the original packaging is damaged, destroyed, or products damaged due to use in any way are not accepted. It is very important to do this, especially with crushed, torn, opened or wet packages. In an unexpected situation, if you encounter a problem product, you should not take delivery of the package and make a report to the cargo authority and ensure that it is returned to us by the cargo company.
