Same Day Delivery:
You can take advantage of the same day delivery option for your orders within Istanbul. Same day delivery fee is ₺150.

On Delivery:
While your order is being delivered to you, you can open and check your package with the cargo officer. The package is crushed, torn, opened, damaged, etc. If the order is in bad condition or if you encounter any negative situation, do not take delivery of the order. Make a report to the cargo officer and ensure that the package is returned to us by the cargo company.
