Cargo :
Your Orders Domestic It is sent by courier. Your orders will be delivered to your registered delivery address by courier within 1 to 3 business days. Please check the accuracy of your delivery address before placing your order.

Free Shipping :
Free delivery is applied to all your orders over ₺1000 to anywhere in Turkey.

Same Day Delivery :
You can benefit from the same day delivery option for your orders placed before 1 pm in Istanbul. Orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered until 1 pm the next day. Same day delivery fee is ₺400.

Cargo Tracking :
You can track your order by clicking here and entering the e-mail address you placed your order with or your membership e-mail address in the relevant field.

At Delivery Time:
While your order is being delivered to you, you can open and check your package with the cargo officer. If the package is crushed, torn, opened, damaged, etc. or if you encounter any negative situation, do not accept the order. Have the cargo officer draw up a report and have the package returned to us by the cargo company.
