Returns and Exchanges
Three conditions for returns and exchanges
- The product must be unused, the tags must not have been removed and it must not have lost its resalability (returns cannot be accepted for special production orders, products purchased during discount periods, purchases made during special day campaigns (New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).) We do not offer a free return service except for defective products. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping until the returned products reach us. Products ordered from the store can be exchanged from our store in Istanbul but cannot be returned.
- The product must be sent within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery with its invoice and original packaging to Tomtom Mh. İstiklal Cd. No:189 K:2 D:3 Beyoğlu İstanbul 34433. The cost of shipments made with cargo companies belongs to the sender. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted. If the products we receive are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us.

Returns and exchanges of products that do not meet these criteria are absolutely not possible.

Change procedure
You can change all your orders except special orders within 15 (fifteen) business days. For the products you want to return, after the conformity of the products you send to the above conditions is confirmed, you will be given the right to shop for the amount you paid. Return procedure
The refunds of our customers who prefer a refund instead of the right to shop are refunded to the credit cards they used to shop with, within the framework of their bank's refund conditions and installment option. The reflection of the refund made to your credit card on your statement may take an average of two to three weeks, depending on your bank's processes and applications. This process is a special application for each bank, and Asligoncer.com does not have any right to intervene in this process. You can follow the process of your refund being reflected on your credit card statement from your bank. In orders with money transfer and cash on delivery, after you send us your bank account number via e-mail, the transfer will be made to your account within 10 business days. Shipping/courier/cash on delivery fees cannot be refunded. Products purchased during the discount period are not refunded.
Important note
Since the return of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed or damaged in any way due to use is not accepted, when your order is delivered, you should open your package with the cargo officer and check the product. It is very important to do this especially for crushed, torn, opened or wet packages. If you encounter a problematic product in an unexpected situation, you should not accept the package and have the cargo officer draw up a report and have it returned to us by the cargo company.
